How we process personal data from the forms, the calculator and diagnosis booking.

What we use the data for
Diagnosis booking and contact form: to handle your request, reply to you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Calculator report: to send you the report you ask for. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Recording the request in our contacts tool: to handle and follow up your request, we store the data you send us (form or calculator) in Brevo, in the requests list ("Leads web"). Being on this list does not mean receiving newsletters. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling and following up the request you made (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Commercial communications (newsletter): only if you tick the optional box, we also add you to the newsletter list in Brevo to send you news about Verifactu, e-invoicing and integration. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 21 LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Origin of the request: the diagnosis form also sends the campaign parameters of the link you arrived through and the landing page (see the cookie policy), so we know which channel works. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long we keep it
Requests: for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the period required by law. If the request does not lead to a business relationship, we delete the data (including from Brevo and our mailbox) no later than 12 months after the last contact.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. After that we only keep your email address on the unsubscribe list, so that we do not write to you again.
Who we share it with
Data from the diagnosis form and the calculator report reaches us by email at hola@trametia.com, sent from our own web server (the website does not store it), and the same server records it in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), our CRM and email tool, which acts as a data processor under contract (art. 28 GDPR). Brevo is a company based in the European Union. The data is sent from our server, not from your browser.
We do not disclose data to third parties unless legally required. The technology providers that serve us (web hosting and email, and Brevo) act as data processors under contract. If any of their sub-processors is outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made with the safeguards of the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
Web analytics, only if you accept it, is done with Matomo installed on our own server: it is not shared with third parties (see the cookie policy).
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to privacidad@trametia.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter directly with the link in every email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
